Fleet Insurance

An extensive panel of fleet insurers are used to find you the right policy for your requirements and at the best possible price.

A fleet can consist of 3 or more vehicles and can be a mixture of company cars, company commercial vehicles (van, pick-up, lorry, HGV etc), passenger carrying vehicles (ie minibus, coach etc) and other special type vehicles may be considered.
Cover is generally provided for ‘Any Driver’. Certain age restrictions may apply to the policy or on specified vehicles.
All vehicles must be the ownership of the company. Certain exceptions may be considered to include the partners or directors own privately owned vehicles.
If you have had a fleet policy previously, you will need to provide us with a current 3 years claims experience (issued by the previous insurer(s) in the usual acceptable format) to enable quotes to be obtained. We regret to advise that a quote cannot be obtained without this.
If you have previously insured your vehicles individually, you will need to provide us with details of the name of each insurer, the vehicle which the policy related to, the amount of no claims bonus earned and details of all accidents and claims in the last 3 years including dates, brief circumstances and costs.
The chosen policy will provide you with a swift and efficient claims handling process to get your vehicle repaired as quickly as possible, including many insurers who provide a dedicated 24 hour claims help line service (see also Legal Protection cover option for added protection).
Flexible payment options available over 2, 3 or 4 monthly payments or over the year by direct debit if a longer period is required (subject to status/acceptance).
