Taxi Liability cover

Public Liability only policy

• This taxi drivers Public Liability policy provides cover for the ‘owner driver’ taxi operator.
• This insurance policy provides legal liability against damage or injury to third parties (that is not covered by the motor insurance policy). Such cover is needed where assistance is given to the passenger in person (ie. helping them up steps to their home) or help is given with their luggage/belongings away from your vehicle.
• £1,000,000, £2,000,000 or £5,000,000 indemnity limits are available

Public & Employers policy

• This policy is a combined Employers and Public Liability policy specially designed for Coach, Minibus and Taxi Operators & Drivers.
• The standard limits of indemnity are £2,000,000 for Public Liability and £10,000,000 for Employers Liability. There is an option to increase the Public Liability section to £5,000,000 or £10,000,000 any one loss if required.
