A fleet can consist of 2 or more company owned vehicles, here are some of the benefits of our motor fleet insurance.

  • Cover may be provided for any authorised driver or may be restricted to named & approved drivers. Certain age restrictions may apply to the policy or on specified vehicles.

  • Flexible payment options by direct debit (subject to status, credit check & approval).
  • All vehicles must be the ownership of the company. Certain exceptions may be considered to include the partners or directors own privately owned vehicles.

Using our in-house quote comparison computer software and other web based comparison & extranet sites, we give you immediate access to over 20 insurers which will enable us to choose an appropriate policy to fit your demands and needs.

Generally, people only make comparisons on price and they therefore end up buying a policy that is not right for them and which may not provide the cover that they need.

Our trained sales advisers will guide you through the quote process, explain the terms and conditions of the insurance policy being provided and arrange cover for you and in most instances you will receive your insurance documents immediately, either printed or emailed, the choice is yours.

If you have had a fleet policy previously, you will need to provide a current 3 years claims experience (issued by the previous insurer(s) in the usual acceptable format) to enable quotes to be obtained. We regret to advise that a quote cannot be obtained without this.

If you have previously insured your vehicles individually, you will need to provide us with details of the name of each insurer, the vehicle which the policy related to, the amount of no claims bonus earned and details of all accidents and claims in the last 3 years including dates, brief circumstances and costs.

Vehicle Breakdown – We provide various levels of cover to suit your specific needs including road side assistance in the case of a breakdown, recovery of the vehicle, onward transportation of passengers & European cover where chosen.

Drivers’ Legal Protection (DLP) – For extra piece of mind you are recommended to have this cover. If you are involved in a none fault accident DLP will provide help to recover such things as loss of earnings, out of pocket expenses & personal injury compensation where applicable.
